A concept for an operations platform shaped by the needs of a food distributor: orders, suppliers, invoices, deliveries and payment tracking.
Drawing on the practical lessons of the family business to explore how a customer-facing website could connect to the less visible work of running an operation.

Maintaining, repairing and testing production machinery, with client-facing technical support. The work also included 3D modelling, printing and setting up a photography studio.
A habit of looking beneath the surface: at the parts, the constraints and how everything fits together.

Developing Pega Customer Decision Hub strategies for Vodafone, working with product teams, and carrying out unit and end-to-end testing. Projects included a loyalty rewards application and testing a predictive model for an internal chatbot.
